Our client a busy media training company are seeking an experienced professional Sales Executive. Established for 25 years they are Europe`s leading providers of editorial and communications training skills.
This is an interesting position for someone who has sold advertising space and would like to sell something challenging, useful and worthwhile. Their products help people progress their careers. They offer a `softer` sell with
a strong, professional brand. Every day you will be dealing with different aspects of the media, whether it`s FHM, Ideal Home, Heat or Sky News. You will need to be friendly and persuasive with a good knowledge of the media industries. They also deal with magazines, newspapers, TV, radio and online, as well as PR and corporate communicators.
Experience in selling to HR or training managers will be an advantage. You will need to demonstrate good client relationship management techniques and be happy to go to meet clients on a regular basis. They are looking for someone who wants to get involved with this rapidly growing company.
You will be based in St Ives, and once or twice a week you will probably travel to Islington, London, where you will hold most of your meetings. This clients works all over the UK and throughout Europe - and other export markets are developing fast.
